Igloo Decorating- College

Here is how to make a hip, ultra cool, ultra fun college!
How cool! So I'm going to be giving you guys tips and showing you different pics that will really make your igloo just AWESOME!

So, first of all, college, even though we all think it is all fun and games, has school work involved. :( and there might be some people who actually come to your igloo to... *gulp* learn! *gag!* So, you should build a classroom:
So this is the class room. I put up 7 desks (not that many) and made the teacher a nice desk. I also put up a chalk board and a white board with some work on it.

Most people will want to ditch "class" though. So where should they hang out? The lockers, of course!
Now if the lockers are ever in the catalog, GRAB THEM!!! They make the college, well, college! If you don't have lockers, you could always use cabinets or something. That is what we used before the locker item came out.

So, what else? Well, a college needs a library!

I made this library a hip library by adding the juke box and computer. But I also made it look a little creepy and boring by adding the painting that's eyes follow you and the fish banner. Of course, you needs books! So I added a bookshelf, and a table with books. Then I added places for people to read.

Now, I saved the best for last. Time for the "fun and games" in college! The hang out zone!
I made it very exclusive by adding red velvet rope. I added cool patterned bean bags, a hip dance floor, awesome lighting, and a television showing the sports game. When designing this place, think to yourself, "what would be the perfect place for me and a friend to hang out?" Then put that into designing the hang out area.

The finished product:
TADA!!!! You have yourself a college! :)

If I were to change anything about the way I designed this igloo....
I would probably add something sporty. A sports field? Or a locker room!

And that's how you make a college!

Igloo Decorating- Spa Day!

Here is what a Spa looks like:
Pretty cool, huh? We had tons of people show up! (by the way, I got a membership on my original account, icypopsicle)
Here are some tips to help you throw your OWN spa!

First of all, a spa day should be relaxing. So how about a pool?
As you can see, I made a pool using waves and blue puffle beds. I also added tiki lights and cool foliage to just make it a very tropical, exotic setting.

A spa should also have some beauty places! So, how about a tanning salon?
Yes, a tanning salon! I made it with two red benches and overhead lights. I also added a palm tree and cool looking pot, so the tanning area wouldn't be so boring.

No spa is complete without makeovers!
I made this by buying three sinks, three tables, and three chairs. I made the sinks on the second option, which is soapy water. Then I made three little stations, and added flowers to just add a little bit of color.

You come to a spa ready to pamper yourself and relax...
So you should have a relaxation room!

Now here, I went simple. Candles and a couch. perfect for relaxing.

Then there has to be a waiting room!

The waiting room is perfect because it fills up that empty place in my igloo. Just a few couches will do. I also added a receptionist are in the bottom right corner, and a tv on my wall, and also some cool string lights, just to jazz up the door. I have my security camera, as I always do, watching the whole igloo.

As for decorations...

Don't over do it. I just added a nice pond and two trees in an empty corner. But like I said, do NOT over do it. You want the spa to be relaxing, not cheesy. But don't do too little. Just make it perfect! Space is good, but not too much space.

As for music, go with a music that is tropical sounding, or relaxing or soothing, but also has a bit of a pop feel to it.

And the finished product:
Everyone had sooooo much fun! And I had fun hosting it! It was a real success!

So that's how you transform your iggy into a spa.

What??? My Opinion on "declaring your actions"

This is one of my biggest pet peeves on club penguin:
okay, so imagine me, walking... in real life... in the school hallway. I open up my locker, but while I am doing that, I randomly yell, "OPENS UP LOCKER THAT SAYS MY NAME ON IT!!!!" It's declaring what you're doing. Lol, I admit I've played like this, but now that I look at it, it's sort of silly sometimes.
I mean, I admit, you are limited to the things you can do on club penguin, so "declaring your actions" is I guess an alternative... but what if we did that in real life?

Penguin of The Week #2

This week's penguin of the week is.... *drum roll* VIVA PINATA5!!!!!
Her favorite buildings on club penguin are the dojo, the pet shop, and the everyday phoning facility. For the competition showdown this year, she is deciding between team blue or team green, all though she thinks team yellow and red are cool too! Her favorite animals are cats, dogs, horses, and bunnies, and her favorite things to do on club penguin are pretend to be different things, play the games, and do the missions and field ops!

Viva was the first person to come to the first ever Club Penguin Blogger Party! She will go down in history! :O

Give it up for Viva Pinata5!!

*crowd gives viva pinata5 standing ovation*
